Q: How can I get my church involved in the Wildfire Men’s Impact Weekend 2008?

A: Team Wildfire is currently looking for 250 men who will take the lead in their church and become a Team Wildfire Leader. As a Team WF Leader you will become the contact person for your church, help us promote Wildfire Weekend in your church and community, and be the point man for your group registration. As a special “Thank You” for registering a group of 10 or more and helping make Wildfire Weekend a success, you can attend FREE as our personal guest-- including the Texas-style BBQ dinner. Q: Can I bring my son?

A: Yes, children 12 -17 pay just $14.50. And if you are a Team WF Leader, you can bring your son for FREE.

A: Yes, every attendee must complete a Registration Form to generate an event ticket and badge.

Q: How do I register my group of 10 or more?

A: You must call the toll-free number at 1-866-834-WILD (9453) during office hours (M-F 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. E.T.) to receive the discounted group rate of $29.00.

Q: How do I register for the workshops of my choice?

A: After registering for the event online, you will receive an email from Wildfire Weekend with a workshops link. Just click on the link, select your tracks and workshops; then, submit your completed requests. If you do not receive an email with one week (7 days) of registering for the event online, please call contact us at info@wildfireweekend.com or call us toll-free at 1-866-834-Wild (9453) during regular business hours.

Q: Will I get a workshop confirmation; and, does that confirmation guarantee me entry to my chosen workshop?

A: Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you upon completing and submitting your workshop selection. You are guaranteed a spot in all the workshops you are confirmed for. PLEASE NOTE: Workshops are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Popular workshops fill up quickly. Make sure to register for your workshops as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Q: Is there a special Wildfire Weekend discount rate for area lodging?

A: Yes, but only available at specific hotels. Click the “Accommodations” button on the homepage to view a list of area hotels, plus any discounts being offered.

Q: Can I download and distribute the Wildfire Weekend promotional materials?

A: Yes! Click on the “Download” button on the homepage to download promotional materials for your church, community or workplace.
